I have been on accutane a number of times also. I also have very little facial hair but I don't believe in my case that it had anything to do with the accutane. I always have had very little facial hair, even before accutane, and consider myself lucky for it. If you had facial hair before the accutane and then it stopped growing, well the drug probably was responsible. It may have done something to your testosterone levels, which is responsible for facial hair. Tweet
