i dont take 6 in 1 go, just 2 eggs 3 times each day. it said on the mercola site that raw eggs are very good for you, he takes 4-6 daily, very nutritionaly dense and easy to digest (raw is better than cooked, as cooking damages the amino acids). mixing the egg with a fork so the yellow yolk spills out makes it taste better, actually there is very little taste anyway as you just gulp it down.
i take 6 as i exercise, in the book burn the fat feed the muscle it talked about how when you eat protein it only lasts for around 3 hours so you need a regular supply of protein about every 3 hours. i found this to be an excellent book, he basically says that eating little and often combined with aerobic and weight training is the best way to loose weight and keep it off as it raises your metabolism. before i thought eating less would be better, but doing this actually puts your body in starvation mode where you retain fat as the body thinks food is scarce and doesnt know when its next meal will be, im now eating more than i ever have and loosing more weight than i ever have!
