if it comes to dulse, arami, nori, even kelp when still whole and cooked in the soups and grains I am with you, it is never enough. But I see you're having tablets of kelp, well the 2 tbsp a day of kelp suggested in other forums would make countless of caps, yet I tell you that eaten directly by the spoon it is the most disgusting thing ever. That's why I ask how much, it makes a world of difference if it is of kelp we are talking.
(anyway, I probably will do like you and go with tabs, as by the spoon I just find excuses not to take it...better a little bit than nothing at all! I just wish it could be taken in homeopathic dosages! wouldn't it be cool?)
