You might also want to try cutting out grains and seeing what happens - you may have a wheat or gluten intolerance. I know bloating is a common symptom for those. I agree with plz about the meat - it's so hard to digest, especially if you're already having digestive problems. A colon cleanse and parasite cleanse is another idea - it could be candida.
Basically, experiment with different methods to find the true cause and eat lots and lots of cleansing, digestible fruit and raw juices in the meantime :) Your body is telling you there's something wrong, and it's time to listen!
