HVAC Generator?

I am interested in building and/or buying a HVAC generator as I have read that this is the best. I would like to know if this is in fact so. I would like to produce high quality Colloidal Silver (not Ionic Silver). I am currently using a high quality brand but its a bit expensive. Are there any plans on the internet for such a unit. Speed is not important as it will be for personal use. I have read on this board about a unit called war of the worlds but I cannot find a link to such a product. Any help would be much appreciated.
