Personal Detox and Healing Symptoms
Thought I would post my experience hopefully it will encourage those who are frustrated with results or experiencing some of the detox symptoms.
86 days
Protocol: Oil Pulling once a day. Variety oils, sesame, walnut, coconut, evoo, apricot,(oregano occasionally mixed in.) Wearing the oil in form after showering or bath: or castor oil pack. Eating a tablespoon of coconut or flax seed oil a day.
Healing crisis effects occurring from one to three days in intermittent patterns: eczema rash on legs, facial skin breakouts, blurred vision, watering eyes, black tongue and mouth, sore throat and pain, rawness, “hotness” in mouth, bleeding gums. Sinus drainage, headache. Recently experiencing breast pain. (curious about that one!)
Benefits of Op has been significant and have been experienced throughout intermittent healing crisis: elevated energy and mood, was easy to give up coffee with op, no withdrawal or need for caffeine. Glowing skin all over, feet are not dry, facial skin has never looked better, fresh, dewey appearance like younger skin, sinus issues are fantastic, my winter allergies and trapped indoors with my corporate office recycled air are not affecting me. Immunity levels seem to be high; I am not getting sick, as my colleges are very frequently. Hair shiny, eyes seem brighter and vision clearer, Eyelashes have grown longer. Appetite is more craving for healthy, natural foods, my preference for sweet foods has diminished drastically. No more
Sugar cravings! Bowel movements have improved with regularity and frequency. Beginnings of periodontal disease seem to be reversing, my gums are “growing back” over affected area. I can chew with left molars, which previously I couldn’t do. Gums are pink, mouth is very clean feeling and teeth are so white I have gotten questions even from dental professionals as to what method I am using. (Yes, you should have seen the look when I explained!)
Thank you all for your posts, I am a bit of a shy lurker and learner here, and I appreciate this forum so much.
