Sinus sufferer, where/which CS to purchase?

Hi, new to the forum as I only recently learned of potential benefits of CS. I've been suffering from sinus problems for the last 2 years. I've gone through four surgeries at top hospitals, but still suffer from nauseating pressure on one side of my face. I've also seen Neurologists and other doctors who've tried treating me for Neuralgia, Migraines, nerve damage, etc....all to no avail. My question is...what is the best method for treating sinus infection, ingestion or a topical application? I've seen a product called Silver Sinus, but am a bit skeptical. Also what is the best brand, so to speak, of CS? I'm not ready to begin making my own. I would love to hear your thoughts. Thank you.
