where would one be getting the amounts of bromides...


that would be stopping the uptake of iodine, necessitating  some heavy supplementation?
(Assuming a person doesn't drink Mountain Dew or other exercise drinks containing brominated veg. oil,
or eat processed food...etc.

In other words, what are the 'intake' scenarios where a person would need Lugol's as opposed to kelp? I have heard one applied kinesiologist report ing that of many tested for iodine, only one person tested 'strong' for Lugol's.
