FYI... avoid Aspertame
If you already know this, please disregard this post. If you're not familiar with this, I thought I would share this site/link I came across the other day.

Maybe this is just a reminder for everybody, but I thought it was worth mentioning.
(On this page/link, scroll down to where people talk about the stuff they've done and what's helped/not helped.)
Me: I've had this crap for 17+ years. Two years ago I started doing "alternative" healing to get rid of this since Valtrex has no effect for me any more and hasn't for several years now. Until weekend before last, I was ob free for the past year. I think the reason I had one is (1) I got a yeast infection - so I'm guessing my immune system was busy fighting that and (2) I started drinking Diet Snapple Ice Tea again - which contains Aspertame. I think the combination of these two things is why I broke out. So this is why I'm posting the reminder about the Aspertame.
Like many other posters, I've tried practically everything to reduce/eliminate the virus and I think I've made really great progress. I was one of those unfortunate people who had ob's all the time. MAYBE one day of relief in a month. Anyway, to be ob free for a year was Amazing!! I know I still have some of the virus. I can feel it in my lymph nodes. But even that is progress. When I started doing all this stuff, I felt it all inside my right thigh. I haven't felt that in 1.5 years. I used to feel it in the base of my spine. I haven't felt that in at least 6 moonths or so.
My healing methods of choice:
* H202 baths a couple times a week
- max recommendation seems to be 2 cups H202 in a regular tub
- I use the whole
quart (4 cups) plus Really hot water to open the pores
* part of the Beck protocol - the Signal Research generator
- but I put it directly above my lymph nodes and let it run for a couple hours
- using it only on my wrist to "clean the blood" only did so much
- I saw a marked improvement once I started "zapping" the virus where it lives
Anyway, I hope this helps.
Thanks to everyone for your posts, information, and support.
