I'm on the third post-fast week at the moment, and I had a sort of a crash landing into a "normal diet" from the fourth post-day on, and now I'm finding it very hard to eliminate even once in two or three days! I've, of course, bought my organic linseed and prunes, and enjoyed heaps soaked almost every morning for well over a week now, all to not much avail. I'm a bit afraid me douching (enemas) every night during the fast made my colon lazy? I haven't been eating exactly as well as I could've as I've just moved in together with my boyfriend who violently opposes mostly all of my healthy habits and we do share our food costs (so he gets to have a say on what we make for dinner as well), but I really can't believe I'm eating so much worse than before the fast that I can't even return to once-a-day eliminating...?
I'd appreciate hearing especially your experiences on this, and any ideas how to correct the problem are more than welcome!
