I would use an excellent brand of silver probably at 10PPM. I had sucess with mine at this PPM. if ingesting on a regular basis try for 5 to 7 PPM get a spray bottle and spray whole face at least 4 times per day. and at least 2 tablespoons to ingest per day till it clears.
