i cannot account for some sort of allergy type reaction from a particular oil. everyone takes those chances every day and become educated if they have a reaction.

but the oil pulling itself? sorry, charlie. its just food. youre just holding it in your mouth. there is not some magic alchemy that takes place while youre swishing. the only thing in there when you spit it out is what you already put in yourself.
