about five years ago I got a lot of pitted scars and have just recently have been seeing them fill in -my cure was protein and oil combined. I had an allergy to oils and after reading about Johanna Budwigs research I decided to start taking omega 6 oils with protein. To my surprise my allergies started to clear. I Usually take 1/2-1tsp of safflower oil with 2oz of beef per day. I have seen a 30% decrease in scars in the past two months and everyday it seems better. Before I was on an all fruit/veggie diet but it seemed to make my skin worse.
I must add that I started to juice potatoes/beets/onions around the same time. My skin is softer, smoother and glows more too.
