unbromated flour

in my desperate search for something to snack on while on the road(my appetite has increased), i found these:

now, they are not perfect, but the list of ingredients started like this:

"Ingredients: Ingredients: Unbleached, Unbromated, Enriched Wheat Flour..."

i thought hey, they get my business just for being cool. plus, they are from my old stomping grounds of tulsa, oklahoma. i brought them home and fiished off some bruschetta i had in the fridge. plus, theyre kosher. and tastey.

btw, i dont want to know about the other bad ingredients in them. it was a one time purchase as far as i am concerned. i thought it was interesting to see "umbromated" in print.
