Umm forgiving your parents instead of calling them " a son of a bitch and she is a filthy whore" is a place to start.
If you hang onto things (like anger, shame, ect.) they will continue to haunt you. Thus the nervousness.

And talk to your inner child. Think of those moments when you were little and shamed (not getting angry at your parents while doing it - forget about them, concentrate on yourself) and imagine giving your inner child a great big hug. Talk to them - tell them they're wonderful, that you love them, not to be afraid or sad, tell them it's okay. You are your biggest source of comfort.
