Re: How much weight have you lost?

Thanks so much.. I can't believe how hard this last 20 pounds or so was to get off though.. wow.. It's frustrating because it seems like the more that goes, the harder it gets. I keep having to remind myself that it takes time. Even though I'm not a patient person, I have to MAKE myself be. hehe
I'm proud of you too.. you've also come such a long way.. I'm hoping to follow in your footsteps!!
