Actually it is good to lose your sense of power if:

1.you have been one that has used will to squelch others
2. to have the outcome in the way you want it
3. had or have so much ego in your physical body that you use it to influence

It is not unusual that this transformation would occur in your 50's, when you have enough security in who you are to let go of power. I came into mine and left it all in the 50's.

You are reliving a karmic stage in your life, where you have learned it is time to let go of power and see the design that was meant for you without any interference from force or power.

If you are sensitive you can feel the power "pushing" through the solar plexus, which is most likely diverting the flow up through the heart and throat and pineal gland.

Yes the throat chakra is very special, most of society (that is aware) is moving into heart centered living- no power there, none needed. The next stop is the throat chakra which needs a little juice to speak the truth (kindly)

Power is a force that requires the old chaos into order into chaos, or the for every action there is an equal reciprocation- this is the energy of karma

If you can have pateince with your "lack of power" and picture you light bodies carressing you, the angels holding you, the whisper of the brath and hands of love all around you..you may feel supported in you time of transition
