Good flush, even though it was a little different
About a year ago I was diagnosed with Type II diabetes and my clinic
prescribed a low carbohydrate diet (15 carbs per meal), and by going that route
and even lower cabs, I've been able to control my blood sugar without
medications. Prior to that diagnosis and eating style, I had done more
than 30 flushes with generally good results. However, because of my diet I
have been afraid to do another one for fear that the high protein would not
generate a good flush.
Well, I gave it a try yesterday, and my first BM this morning was filled with
stones, including one that was a half an inch long by about three eights of an
inch wide. It was one of my better flushes. There were at least 25
pea sized stones a couple hundred or more bee bee sized stones. My second
BM continued to produce a significant quantity of stones, but not as many.
I have purposely taken four milk thistle caps a day for the past two weeks,
knowing from my prior experiences that by doing that, it produces a much better
flush.
I used a combination of protocols for my flush, plus my own thrown in.
I did not eat anything yesterday and started my 3/4 cup of Epsom salts at noon,
followed by one at 2 PM. Then, at 4 PM I began a routine of 1/4 cup of
olive oil plus the juice from half a grapefruit - every 15 minutes until I'd
ingested 2 cups of oil. By 8 PM I was so hungry that I even ate a steak
and by so doing was worried that it would interfere with the flush. It
obviously didn't. Even though I finished my oil intake at 5:45, I just
continued my normal routines, and didn't lie down until 10:30 PM.
I'll do the whole routine again in a couple of weeks.
Happy flushing.
