Re: Post Fast eating what would happen if....

if the scale went up its due to bloating and muscle tissue swelling from overexercise.

the problem with low cal is keeping your electrolytes balanced and getting enough nutrients in the small amount of calories.

what is your weight now?

based on the intake of 1500 cals as suggested...

which is usually the common exercise cal count. but i bet you could take it to 2000.
(i need to know your weight to figure it out if you want me to)

anway...at 1500 cals...you should be eating 1100 cals for 6-8 weeks till your metab wakes back up again. eat every 2-3 hours at least 200 cals at a time.
i notice in myself i kick up in 4 weeks if i am really strict about eating every 2-3 hours. and this way its actually less of a problem if you overeat because your body can process 200-400 cals per sitting just to run. anything else goes to glycogen for storage. in 48 hours if not used it becomes stored fat.
i find eating more often allows me to eat 400 more calories in a day without gaining. usually that cal count of overeating would put on a pound a week.

whats your exercise you are doing?
that also determines how many cals you should eat.
