I was wondering instead of the epsom salt, can I use,
unrefined "Sea salt"?
Actually, I'm not sure what exactly caused it. but here are some possiblities.
During winter and the spring I was wearing a very thick jacket, 24/7, only when i went out,
but later as spring came it kinda got hot..
ANd i think about it I think i had some "hot" burning sensations here and there on my elbow.
So this little small red dot appeared, but it wasn't nothing at all.
But what it really cause it to get bigger and stuff, was I was doing some grocery shopping, and I was placing a box of bottle of water in my trunk, but accidently I bump into the box on my elbow, where the red dot was .... since then it started to get like this....I regret it, if i was attentive enough and careful, it woulndn't had caused this....>.< i can't even wear t shirts...

I did some research in search for some answers, but I came up with "psoriasis" that i may have?
or could it be eczema but just getting rid of the toxins like u said?
