I was dreaming last week, and in the dream a man was introduced to me by the name of Thiosse.
There were other aspects of the dream, but I cannot recall. I searched for Thiosse on the web and found an article on paroxsymal nocturnal hemoglobinuria.

Where Thiosse came from, is a mystery. Or is it ?
