Re: White spots on fingernails

Right now the only grains I really eat are organic quick oats in the morning and rice of all kinds with most dinners. I'll try cutting them out for a month to start and will report back any results. Any good replacements for this? I've tried quinoa and lentils which seem to do the trick most of the time.

Try Amaranth as a replacement. Amaranth is gluten free and is contains a huge amount of vitamins and minerals. Also it is not technically a grain. Try Amaranth cold and hot cereals from NuWorld foods. As far as I know they are having a hard time getting organic Amaranth so some boxes may have "natural" stickers over the USDA organic logo. If you look hard enough though you will probably find the organic version. Try it, it tastes pretty good!

Also, if you think a food or nutrient allergy may be causing or contributing to this, try getting tested for the allergy with Muscle Response Testing and, if an allergy is detected, treating with NAET to eliminate it.
