Retroperitoneal Fibrosis and CS

Just another question. My sister in law has had retroperitoneal fibrosis for about 3 years. She has a morphine pump in her stomach. Her teeth and hair are falling out. She has a hickman line and a bunch of other lines in her body. She is on so many meds I cannot keep track off. She also is getting the carpal tunnel syndrome. Needless to say she is a mess. I would like to suggest CS to her but I am ansure if she can take it. If she can what ppm and how much would I suggest.
