Part of my point here is not to cast aspersions upon your partner's honor, but to have you (Hopefully both you *and* she) understand that, if some male in her previous history or some female in yours has been dishonest or simply unwitting, she could have something herself and not be aware of it. And so could you.

BTW the contagious male mentioned in my previous post, who disagreed with the diagnosis resulting from his blood and culture tests, and just kept on rolling? He has done that now for 35 years. He has infected a lot of unsuspecting women. You'd never know it to look at him- Unless you caught him at the wrong time.

The choice is *yours* not "theirs" if you decide to be tested, and you do not have to justify your request to them nor anyone else. You require neither their agreement nor their permission. They were not present when the event occurred, but *you* were, and *yours* is the only health that would suffer from a bad decision..Get it?

When you are looking at the blood test results, and those results say you are clear, then you *know* you are OK.

May I ask how you screen your clients?

In my location it is illegal for a Massage Therapist to ask a client if they are HIV+. They can ask *me* if *I* am, but I may not ask them. Therefore I work only by personal referral from trusted persons other than myself, who are not bound by those legalities.

I think I will find some place to have the testing done now, not necessarily because of the massage thing but I think it is the rsponsible thing to do for myself and having respect for any women in my future
