This and your other postings on this, are good reason to reconsider kelp as a supplement.
If a person is trying to chelate metals, but the kelp itself contains metals, then they may be doing more harm to themselves than they are doing good.
As I mentioned previously, the Iodine content of kelps vary widely, which un-necessarily introduces an additional unknown into the equation.
With Lugol's solution or Iodoral, a person knows exactly how much material they are ingesting, and, there is absolutely NO arsenic or other heavy metals in it !!!!!!
