Lichen Planus

Hi Guys

Im a 21 year old female who's been suffering with LP all over my body for about 6 months now.

Ive been on steroid tablets or ointment for most of the 6 months and the roughness of the plaques has seem to gone now. however im left with dark brown marks now, which are apparently worse on darker skins (im indian). To me these are as bad as the plaques as they still look unsightly and have me covering myself up from head to toe :(

Does anybody know of ANYTHING that will lighten these or get rid of them quicker?
