Well, bitter is the stongest taste sensation that I could come up with. Either way it doesn't taste very good. I thought that since the silver is in a colloidal/ionic state it wouldn't taste much different than regular water.

I've had water from public fountains that perhaps had been sitting in the pipes too long and had a metalic taste and this doesn't taste like that.
