Bromos Exuedos Lugols

When in flush mode, I do four drops Lugol's in 12 ounces of water, every two hours, over the course of eight hours. Forget about that painting iodine, Atomidine, Sea-Adine, etc. Lugol's is all I use, except Iodoral, which is Lugols adsorbed on an inert carrier which is easier for the old ladies in my life to swallow.

I do not recommend anyone else to follow what I do.

In the morning I mix 8 grams NaCl and 2 grams KCl and one liter of water to form a salt solution that I drink
in four, eight ounce servings, @ 6 am, 12pm, 6pm and midnight.

According to Dr. Abraham, that should get the bromides out.

Most folks are so chickne-$hit about iodine, they've been brainwashed to treat it as though it were Kryptonite or something, while the work of several MD's shows that it may be one of the most safest and vital of all nutrients.
