but we as a society do just that every day. we have all manner of laws governing behavior, everything to forbidding "illegal" drugs, to murder. these are all some one's belief as to what is "right" or "wrong" in our society. abortion would be no different, one way or another. these are all "moral" judgments made into law for the "better" of society.
