A urine fast combines "urine therapy", which is recommended by some as a successful modality for curing candidiasis as well as other ailments, with fasting, another healing modality. One eats and drinks nothing but one's own urine, fresh (see Urine Therapy forum here on curezone.com) - it's a powerful anti-fungal. In my case, I will probably also drink additional water and continue with probiotics.
A couple of curezoners have reported success with urine therapy or urine fasting when it comes to killing candida dead, dead, dead in a relatively short period of time. I remain skeptical. I have urine-fasted for two weeks recently with no success - but perhaps it needs significantly longer to work. This is why I am thinking this fast will be several weeks long.
Others say that one does not need to fast for urine therapy to be effective against candidiasis.
