I have been using the alkalizing drink for about a month now. My saliva continues to read acidic although it has improved. Urine ph in the morning is 6.2 to 6.4

I'm feeling pretty good except for one curious symptom I have and would be interested if anyone can give me some feedback.

My skin has gotton particularly dark, to the point where I have been asked if I was away to some island. It's not a yellow look but more like a flushed tan look. I notice this particularly in the face but it is noticable all over my body. Any one have any ideas what is going on?
