Re: Need Help(Keratocone billateral)

The onset of keratoconus for me was quite rapid. I had adult onset and the way it progressed the doctor told me I would be blind 3-4 years ago. I could not see as everything was a kaleidescope image. I immediately became a vegetarian and began a regimen of deep cleansing as this is an autoimmune disorder involving the connective tissues. I was given hard lenses to hold the corneas shape.

Usually adult onset at my age is very severe and the doctors are speechless as to why I am the best patient they have seen.. I have not had progression since I was diagnosed and a deep scar that was right in the center of my cornea deep in the stratum healed which they said was impossible.

I don't see where urine applications would be the best as the problem is more than topical but maybe,,,Keratoconus is linked to allergies, magnesium deficiencies and hyaluronic acid abnormalities. keeping Hyaluronic acid levels optimal helps to lubricate and keep the connective tissues pliable and improves my vision quite a bit.

What I did to stop my progression other than change my whole diet was that I changed the way I VIEWED things in my MIND...Vision is so much more than eyesight

The doctors do not bother to worry about causes or cures they only want to perform corneal transplant or the new try and grow corneas in a petri dish.
