I recently started including distant healing and was surprised at how my hands become activated and how quickly my mind stills. A huge benefit for me is I also have a dramatic healing of numbness and tingling I have experienced in my hands for over 6 years. (Thank You Tracey)

When doing distant Reiki I easily see my intended receiver and have learned I even can see problem areas that have usually been dark grey and a bit more resistant to light.

When I receive reiki from a close friend who is a practicioner I feel
much energy though she cannot feel it. Boy does she have some healing juice in her! I think at first she had fear that she was not sensitive
