When you start playing with higher voltages you end up making Colloidal Silver which has a particle size much larger than our Colloidal Ionic Silver and it isn't intra-cellular and thus doesn't enter a cell which is crucial compared to fully intra-cellular Colloidal Ionic Silver.
If constant voltage is being used then 30v is the optimum value which has been found. As you should know if the unit is producing constant current the voltage of 30v is not needed and won't be as the voltage has to change in order to keep the current stable and visa-versa. I have not come across those milliamp figures you claim above and most units are around 1-1.5mA such as the SilverGen SG6 and if i remember correctly the professional model is around 30mA. What you also should realise is that the higher the current the larger the particle given off. Silvergen's pro model manages to still stay in the limits due to its air bubbling etc. Its irrelevant what the current is at the start of the process in the distilled water because it has to stay on for a certain length of time and builds up to what we want anyhow.
If you still wish to make large particle Colloidal Silver then you can use a neon-sign transformer 15-30,000 volts linked through water using blown glass for insulation. The solution will probably come out Red or another dark colour obviously this is a signal of the large particle size.
Colloidal Ionic Silver is a fairly simple method which works and is proven both in the body and labs so we don't need to start changing things especially as we have now reached the pinacle of Ionic creation with constant current, stirrers and air bubblers etc.
