I dont think your mom got that under her eyes because of CS. no way, impossiable. Iam the biggest user of it, many years. I make my own dont ever go over 10ppms. had great sucess with it, and my pets also. I believe your mom has kidney or over active thyroid problems. better get her to doctor. under eyes is a tell tale sign of interior problems. get her checked out very soon.
