tea is good for a.m. ,too, as mentioned.

up the cayenne as well for optimimum eliminations...
I have found that when I can't do the swf or tea,that maxing
the cayenne the day before works great.


Maybe buy some salt online for the future...It would really be a good idea.
If you are doing more than 10 days ,I highly recommend that you do. The tea is mighty strong and during a long fast can make the body dependant on using it.
