For "IF" "YOU" were as smart as "YOU" want everyone to believe, then "YOU" would already know that an Ion Specific test meter checks for a specific Ion !

In this case the meter I provided you with "ONLY" test for Nitrate form of Nitrogen !

As Nitrogen is an Isotope, it also has other forms of Ion Specific Nitrogen !

And these other forms may be tested by the Ion Specific test meters which are also available for those who understand this info, which it seems "YOU" have been out of the loop too long to be aware of these Different testing tools or the understanding of Isotopes ?
