Re: Zapper : scientific base, safety, FDA and so on...

>- Some of the visitors here are even producers of such a devices

Hmmmmm, like me? Yes.

>- it costs me less than 5 EUR (only 555 chip by TI is 0.15EUR).

I for one do not use the cheaper parts. For example, I use the I(industrial) version of the chip which costs far more than you claim even though I buy in 10,000 piece pricing. Perhaps the US price is a good bit higher for other reasons.

>- so opinion that FDA approval will hurt the Zapper, is not true

Agreed, it is the cost of approval.

>- blood-pressure devices

The blood pressure device is a CLASS-I devices which has minimum limitations. The FDA considers the Zapper to be a CLASS-III device so that it must meet the same standards as a Pacemaker. This requires millions spent on clinical testing.

If I had to spend only 1 million US, the price of our $62 unit would be approx $198.00. The estimates that I have been given has been placed between $5 million and $20 million for approval.

One of the attorneys that I spoke with ( a former FDA prosecutor ) told me very directly "do not bother, in the end, the FDA will pigeon hole it". I was also told by another source that if the zapper were approved, it would be made a "prescription required device" for 10 to 20 years and that doctors would almost never prescribe it.

So anyhow, if it were to be tested and approved at a cost of $5 million, the selling price would have to be around $2500.00 each initially for the first 2500 units produced.

The problem is complicated further by competition. A competitor could come in with an equivalent unit and get a FDA permit for almost nothing. They could sell cheap so that the original company would loose their $5 million and have to go out of business.

>- Why the body should have single frequency and not every type of cells to have it's own ?

The bodies differing organs, cells, organelles, and even chemical compounds have their own frequencies. This is how the MRI works.

>- Why if something is killing ALL the viruses, the DNA of my own cells will not be damaged ?

The difference between, higher organisms and lower organisms such as bacteria, viruses, and protozoa is tthat the lower organisms have a different cell structure that is affected by elector-magnetic vibrations. In my microscopic observations of bacteria and protozoa under the mucroscope, it is the cell wall that ruptures under the influence of the electrical signal. Humans and other higher organisms do not have this cell wall structure but instead have a membrance that is flexible and does not shatter.

>- I didn't saw even such a test.

Yes, this has been done. While I do not have a video of this, I do show effectiveness in killing protozoa available here ParaZapper killing protozoa.

>- PLEASE prove it in scientifical way.

I have offered over the years to provide equipment and limited financing to anyone (third party) who had credentials, ability, and willingness to test the zapper in laboratory conditions.

No Takers.

Please note, however, that I do provide the results of one independent study on my website, Thiel study on zappers. It shows definite effectiveness of using the zapper. Note that he used older zappers of single features that did not have any of the enhancements that are available today.

Also, I would like to add that on my website, I provide statistical results from the surveying of thousands of zapper users. They can be found above the bottom of the page Testimonials and statistics.

If you are really interested in having the zapper tested, I will be glad to provide zappers if you provide the funding and pay the FDA fees(Only about $15000 US).
