I went first thing yesterday to the herb store. I picked up the nettles, I got the capsules as well as the bulk herbs for tea. I wanted to get the others but I will have to wait for payday,ouch expensive. But I will spend what ever it takes to relieve these awful syptoms. I will keep you posted on how each works,THANK YOU!!!!
