I would be extremely suprised if your using a real Colloidal Silver product because these only come from very high voltage generator systems such as 15,000 volt transformers and Tesla coils. Colloidal Silver is a much larger particle and is not intra-cellular. Unfortunately many in the Alternative Health field have got it all wrong. Almost all the products sold as Colloidal Silver are actually Colloidal IONIC Silver and all the generators widely available are Ionic creating. Ionic is intra-cellular and therefore the Silver enters the cell if made correctly.
So my friend you are taking Ionic afterall I would guess. As for Bismuth and Ionic Silver it is a by product in the refining processes of Silver, lead, tin, gold & copper. Its possible that it is coming from your CIS intake. What generator you using? If your buying it then get another brand. The fact that your hair test is showing this stuff is good because its showing your excreteing the stuff.
Bismuth has beneficial sides as well as down sides if too much it taken. It helps alot with the stomach and its acid regulation. You find more problems with peoples stomachs when Bismuth and Lithium are very low, its also antimicrobial. There is a possibility of Liver & Kidney failure along with Adrenal stress with excessive amounts of Bismuth. If your worried about the Bismuth use Calcium although I must stress that Magnesium gets depleted dramatically when Calcium us used.
Your both probably correct on the Silver but right now with the Governments Chemtrail operations in the sky and god knows what else it may not be as simple and if so certainly not stoppable.
