Hi Ewewho,

I don't know about Texas, but in most states you can get an Immunization Exemption Form for either philosophical reasons, religious beliefs, and/or medical reasons (allergies, etc). I live in Maine and numerous vaccines are required for college, but I simply filled out the exemption form and turned that in instead. You can download these forms online.
