Im all for contraception- but I feel that the medical establishment should permit the knowledge of contraceptive herb alternatives under a supervised nutritionist.

That would be awesome--

For now, I would use whatever method would be the safest-- condoms with natural non petroleum jelly lubricant are good enough for me for the time being, as well as keeping tabs on what part of the month I'm more fertile than others.
