i dont really understand the feet thing. feet and skin are organs of elimination. i know it will work, but i believe ingesting it is better. i am starting to get a little concerned about gut flora. however, i think it helps with parasites, somewhat. there is a lot of Iodine in green Black-Walnut hulls.

as far as the taste is concerned, go the mary poppins route. a spoon full of Sugar helps the medicine go down. mix it in something if you dont like the taste.
