So sorry you're having problems. As much as possible, keep yourself hydrated.
I'd also like to suggest that you try making a tea from fresh ginger root. Grate it or cut into small pieces and let boil for about 10-15 mins in a non-reactive pot. It doesn't have to be strong tea, and add some honey in -- it may help. (Old fashion ginger ale use to be made from ginger root which helped with nausea.)
