I'm an A+ and have been off red meat since March 06. I don't eat beef or pork. I do eat chicken, turkey, and seafood ( tuna, salmon, shrimp, scallops, halibut) everyday, I have to have protien. I have lost 25 ibs since March eating much healther and I swish with oil and drink 2 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar 2X day. Don't be afraid of the chickpeas your body will tell you if its right. I make Hummus when ever I can bring Tahini in.
