also, it would be good if you had them use a non-epinephrine anesthetic, and one that is a non-vaso-constrictor, such as scandonest 3%, non-vaso-constrictor. but, your dentist will most likely not abide by your wishes unless he is a biologic dentist. it, along with not pulling the periodontal ligament, sets you up for a cavitation. if it is not a biologic dentist, he will most likely not know about taking out the ligament, nor would he have training in it. more info:
