This forum has been a godsend and a tremendous forum of support. Whenever I felt that I should end this, I sit down and read the postings and suddently the desire to end the fast would dissappear.

Fasting will be a regular part of my life. I am tempted to say I wish I did this earlier, but I won't. We do things when we are ready to do it .. not a moment sooner.

With a special shout out to Pepe and Zoe ... whose no-nonsense, down to earth, tell it like it is, and well informed approach to this process, I want to thank everyone for being here.
