Friend of near-Rape victim: Please help

Hello. I am Conserned_Friend, and I have a friend who has an ex-girlfriend who was nearly raped by her male cousin. She now suffers from male phobia, and unfortunately my friend doesn't know how to really help her. I haven't spoken to her, but my friend is really conserned (sorry, my spelling isn't very good), so please help me help my friend's ex. Thank you.
