vitamin A in salmon roe

in an earlier post I mentioned that I like to take a bite out of fresh roe now and then and am hesitant to take more than a few bites a day as my girlfriend mentioned it is full of vitamin A and can be toxic if I eat too much.is she right???thanks Tweet
