In my early days of MCing,the swf worked only intermitently, until I discovered the right salt...(Redmond's). In the interim I was downing senna tea at night and in the a.m. For me the SWFs are like clockwork,now, yet that tea is like playing a 'Huggie' version of Russian Roulete. How about that famous book,
"20 miles driving on the MC", by Willie Maykett, Illustrated by Betty Woent!

I can crush walnut with my @$$ cheeks now...just another fun experience on the mc.
